Terms & Conditions

Effective date: January 2026

These terms govern the moving services provided by MOVORAA Packers and Movers Hands (GSTIN 09EYNPS1385F1ZT).

Booking

Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a signed quote and 30-50% advance. Balance is due on delivery.

Pricing

Written quotes are valid for 15 days and assume the inventory shared at survey. Additions may attract extra charges shared upfront.

Packing & Handling

Our team uses professional material and standards. Customers must disclose fragile or high-value items in advance so appropriate crating and cover can be arranged.

Delays

We commit to written delivery dates. Delays due to force majeure (weather, roadblocks, strikes) are outside our control but proactively communicated.

Damage & Claims

Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Eligible claims are processed within 10-15 working days. Full-value cover is available on request.

Cancellation

Free cancellation within 24 hours of survey. Later cancellations may attract a Rs. 500-1,000 admin fee.

Prohibited items

We do not transport hazardous, illegal, perishable or restricted items.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law with jurisdiction of Lucknow courts.
